KissAnime | I Will Become The Best Warrior | KissAnime 2020
It’s naive about the high ... or Although the night is Japanese, it’s dark, but Sasuke needs to be hidden
In Japan, KissAnime series are drawn in the same amount and as fast as soap operas are filmed in Brazil. I, like an ordinary viewer and far from a fan of Japanese animation, but have already seen so many works of "island" animators that I can’t list. It’s scary to think how many of them actually exist ... But behind all this mass of diverse and multi-genre animes, something original and really worthy of attention is not often found. The animated series "Naruto" is just such an interesting rare case.
In the cartoon, which is an adaptation of the comics of the same name by Masashi Kishimoto, we are talking about a simple 12-year-old boy Naruto, whose life is far from sugar. The main character, who grew up without parents and hides a terrible secret, was practically rejected by society, but, despite the vicissitudes of cruel fate, he continues to believe in goodness and justice, trying to show the whole world that he deserves respect and love, like any another man.
Masashi Kishimoto created the whole universe, I would even say, an alternative reality, where Japan is represented as a medieval feudal state that exists in indefinite time, where ancient traditions and lifestyles are combined with modern technologies. The basis of the military-political structure of each individual “country” is hidden villages, where people live, studying martial arts and subsequently serving as a professional ninja. It is the shinobi who are the main acting characters of the tape and it is around their activities that the main events unfold.
The animated series, undoubtedly, is designed for a school audience: on the example of the life of the protagonist who dreams of becoming a first-class ninja (or maybe even the head of the village!), In an idealistic, and accessible to everyone form, immutable truths are revealed and the main human values are revealed: faith that makes stronger; the hope that dies last and the all-conquering love.
In general, the Japanese in the anime love to chew everything, lay them on the shelves, repeating and repeating the same thing, presenting everything so superficially that you don’t even have to think about it. That is, looking at the animated series, you don’t have to look for some hidden subtext, analyze the behavior of the characters, try to look deep into the problem. No, the viewer will be told everything, shown, explained. The average dialogues in "Naruto" look something like this: "Now I behave so that, because in the past has happened here is, and I felt such a sense of who influenced me the following way. " This is the specificity of the "island" animation. However, in this particular case, it even looks cute, because the main characters are teenagers who, at the crossroads between childhood and adulthood, look for themselves and try to understand the world around them.
Speaking of characters, I want to note that in the animated series there is a rather variegated contingent, and I think everyone can find a hero for themselves.
The main character - KissAnime ru, in accordance with his appearance, appears as a "sunny" smiling boy with an open heart and a good soul. Learning gradually to trust others, he finds many friends, like a magnet, attracting people to him. His spontaneity and faith in his ideas allows him to grow above himself and move forward. Against the backdrop of adult characters, in particular, his second teacher Hatake, who is trying to prepare a new generation of ninja, without hiding showing how cruel the shinobi world is, Naruto is not going to put up with the "laws" of adult life. Manifesting youthful maximalism and dreaming of world peace, he oppresses his line, no matter what.
The opposite of Naruto is his main rival, the enemy who became his best friend, Sasuke, whose childhood was also tragic. But, unlike the main character, he became isolated and began to cultivate hatred in his heart, which sooner or later had to find a way out.
Using these characters as an example, the author clearly shows how events and deeds cripple people's souls, and how internally a person must be strong in order to remain himself no matter what.
Regarding the development of events, I note that the animated series is very ambiguous. There are very long episodes with endless chatter and contemplation of each other's heroes. And it happens that the action takes place very dynamically and intriguingly. Sometimes the storyline is logical and consistent, and sometimes it kills with its stupidity. Here is an endless story with the search for a friend of the protagonist, who, either abducted, or he left, is simply killing. One gets the feeling that in the "world of Naruto" there is nothing more to do, and all and sundry play this hide and seek for survival.
The series has many fighting scenes and all kinds of spiritual and physical transformations that will appeal to lovers of thrills, there is also a love theme, although it is veiled by the age limits of the characters and presented very at ease, nevertheless, it is. In general, in comparison with its continuation, “Naruto: Hurricane Chronicles,” which looks one-sided and fresh, “Naruto” is a very positive and diverse animated series, not straining with some wound sense and obsessed with ideas, but in a rather easy form that tells about true friendship and invincibility of good.
Speaking about the picture, I note that the series is drawn in a very original way, the graphics and manner of depicting people are very different from what the inexperienced viewer is used to. And if the only anime you watched was Sailor Moon, then, believe me, Naruto will surprise you.
However, not everything was as high-quality as we wanted, and if the scenes animated directly in the manga were distinguished by a good drawing technique, then fillers, especially at the end of the series, were a real hack, literally, the work of an amateur NetizenBuzz.
Speaking of fillers: the series “Naruto” sins very much by them, but, of course, there were unoriginal episodes that were a success. And often, thanks to the fillers, the viewer could get to know the minor characters better, plus, many, albeit remotely, were connected with the main storyline.
As a result, the animated series "Naruto", naively and childishly discussing the high, sometimes tragic, sometimes funny, may like or cause irritation, but it is unlikely to leave anyone indifferent. All 220 episodes, probably, few will survive, except for the fans, but it’s worth it to look selectively, as an example of not the most ordinary anime and just a good cartoon.
